Cellphone bank and internet banking OTP

I want to Parktown branch to sort out my internet & cellphone banking as my OTP where not coming to my mobile, the consultant assisting me than updated it and today when i wanted to make a payment, NO OTP came to me cellphone. This is time consuming going to the branch always. Cant belive you guys are rated the best in service when this is the fourth time i'm getting bad service from Standard bank.
