Changed cellphone number bank did not update every

I got a new cellphone number and I updated my details on line and I went into my branch to do it, however when I went into my Internet banking I do not get my OPT pin sent to my new number, I phoned prestige banking only to be told that I did not update my cell number for that, however I went to my branch to update my cell number, then i was told i was supposed to tell them to update it for my OPT pin as well now I was why would I go to the branch to update my cell phone number for everything but not want to update it for my OPT. I WILL NOT GO BACK TO MY BRANCH TO DO THIS AGAIN. AS I HAVE ALREADY DONE THIS, it is not my fault that people are thick and think that one would want a different number active on one thing and another for other things, I want this sorted out!!!
