Yesterday I logged into my online profile and purchased lotto tickets with my ebucks. First I got a message saying insufficient funds for the transaction. When I got back to my accounts page my ebucks 1000 was deducted, but till today I've received no lotto tickets. Most innovative bank of the year, is this a new innovation to from your existing customers, because even after several calls to you I keep getting bounced between your ebucks and online department. Not impressed at all.
