First National Bank
Since Feb I haven't received any ebucks for my account, my discount dropped from 40% to 20%, my Ebucks dropped a category even when signing up 2 more ebucks earning services. The statement shows I opted out of Marketing, but I never did, I ask the consultant on the Premier Helpdesk for Proof and just passed the buck to the Ebucks department. To date I have received no feedback.
