In January I have noticed that I am not receiving ebucks anymore. (also did not receive updated statements). The last time I earned any ebucks was last year May/June. I phone the bank and after about a month they came back to me saying that I changed my online profile on e-bucks from yes to no thus not giving them marketing permission. I have never changed anything online concerning ebuck and was not even aware that I could do this.
Now they refuse to allocate the lost ebucks back to me. I have just noticed that I am not the only customer with this problem. Seems they do it all the time and then blame it on the customer and we just have to accept it. I have lost a lot of money as I only use my card for payments and fuel.
