FNB Screwing me out of ebucks

I am extremely upset. I always Play lotto using my ebucks rewards. Always the same amount of e1000 which amount to R100.00. I receive my numbers and have no issues
Last week on the 8th of November I did the same, only for FNB to deduct an amount of e10000 which amounts to R1000.00. I never received an SMS to say I in fact did play lotto via incontact, never received the lotto numbers and they deduct 10 times what they should
I only notice it this morning when I logged on to my account. I phoned e-bucks to query and they advised that they could not help as it was done through online banking. They then switched me through to the online banking division, whom laughed at my query and told me that it is not as it is e-buck related and was done through online banking. Randy the gentleman I spoke to refused to help me and said I must phone e-bucks division again as they cant and wont help.
I played 1 draw and 20 board.
FNB I WANT TO KNOW WHAT I GOT FOR THIS AMOUNT OF EBCUKS, I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED ANY NUMBERS! PROVE THAT I PLAYED THIS AMOUNT! AND STOP LAUGHING AT CUSTOMERS EVEN IF THE QUERY IS ABOUT E-BUCKS
