No delivery and passing the buck

I recently sold my property and the bank was supposed to refund me, and I called the bank to request the money and I was send from one pillar to another, all they tell me is the money was paid to my account on the 3rd of July but i don't have the money and in the bank it looks like no one knows anything, this strange to think that people in the bank can't trace money.
