Ebucks
No Ebucks and no discount

FNB told me that i qualified for a platinum cheque account and i did upgrade.
Since then i have received no ebucks what so ever!! Before this i was on a Gold Cheque account by FNB and got between 800 - 1000 ebucks per month for the same expenditure that i am spending now! I wanted to book flight tickets by Kalula and to my surprise i dont qualify for ANY discount, what the FNB and Ebucks?

Do you expect me to pay an yearly fee of R200 for ebucks i do not receive and for no discounts???

Please sort this out!!
