Me and my sister booked movie tickets for Sterkinikor clasic theatre y on the 9th of August, Received our voucher numbers. All dressed up the next morning going to the movies. Drive to the mall that is not just around the corner. Get to ST book tickets, no no no don't get round to booking tickets as the ebucks voucher no's doesn't work. Ask for assistance SK says phone ebucks. Phoned ebucks just to find out that all the tickets that was issued on woman's day is not valid!!! they will resend but it wont be today!!! What the heck??? Who is going to pay my petrol and parking... very inconvenient and not happy at all. And then Ebucks said the fault is on SK side???
