After doing the whole ebucks shlept having my fnb account for years till today no ebucks received nor a ebucks card after ordering and ordering and talking over endless phonecalls

i went to the branch over the weekend and was told it will be sorted still no contact nothing

where are my ebucks of years using my fnb card all over
