Bad service, no knowlege of products & bad attitude

We decided to order a tablet and i called for additional information and service. I spoke to 3 different ladies, all of whom were not very helpful and two didn't seem to know what they were talking about. One said that FNB does not have the iPad 4, the one on the website is the latest. I asked her to explain and she was confused. the next lady said that they have the iPad 4, was rude and unhelpful. If my husband wasn't so keen to order it I would have just went to my Vodacom store really! and 10 days for approval? seriously? Quite off-putting FNB!
