FNB - Putting you last

On the 7th Dec 2013 - I was at the dot store. I was given a catalogue dated 15 October - 15 Nov (I only saw this the following day, as the catalogue was opened on the IPAD devices)
I then asked the consultant with this IPAD (4) was the latest model - she replied yes. So I walked out with an IPAD 4.
The next day -I go onto fnb website, There it was - IPAD AIR. Monday the 9th I called FNB to ask them why the consultants had not informed me on this. I was then Told they would see what they would do (roughly a 30 min phone call).
I was told that the device will have to go in and get checked for marks, scratched ect... A courier arrived on the 10th Dec 2013.
A week later Planet projects calls and asks if they courier it back to me. I told them I was not sure what is going on, but I do not think so.
I called FNB, around the 18th and was told they would follow up (spent roughly another 35min on this call). I have heard nothing since.
2nd of Jan 2014 I called FNB- and no one know what the is going on. I am then told that I will have to pay a 20% fee for cancellation (NO ONE TOLD ME THIS PRIOR) This time I spent almost 50min - to date still no info. FNB -HOW CAN WE HELP YOU? Really
