I was advised by XDS of my outstanding unclaimed Sabat provident fund REf 814513 and was requested to send a claim form which I did on the 06 March 2013.
My claim was received by NBC on the 26 May 2013. I have been speaking to NBC consultant (021 403 9200, Alana) who confirmed the total amount due to me and that she has processed my documents. She has been promising to make payment in three days time everytime I phone her since 08 July 2013. Recently she has refered me to her manager Deon French who is also giving me empty promises.
This kind of service made me mess my budget since kept being told I will get money in three days as a result I am in arrears with alomst all my accounts.
Is this the kind of service we should accept from NBC? What image are they giving to all the people who keeping their pension/ provident money with them?
