On the 29/11/2013 I went to the MTN Mooriver Mall in Potch to sign a contract for a new iPad.

Contract was signed, and the lady confirmed that the iPad 4 will be in stock AT THE LATEST on Friday 6 December.

As you would expect from MTN, there was no iPad in stock on this date, neither someone who just had the decency to give me a call and inform me of this.

Spoke to Johan at MTN, and he informed me that the iPad will now be there at the latest on Monday 9 December.

Well! Nothing.

I then decided to rather opt for the iPad Air as MTN could not get stock of the iPad 4.

Struggled with the service at the branch, but got the iPad at last.

Today my SIM is still not active!!!

I called 808, waited for 20 mins and then she transferred me to the branch as she could not assist me!!

Needless to say the Branch do not have a clue what is going on or how to assist me!

What the must I do to get the SIM active???

It has now been ages and I just do not know who to contact anymore!!!
