I upgraded my internet contract during March 2013 at he vodacom in kolennade shopping centre. I specifically told the lady who was helping me (Dimakatso) that I am going to buy an ipad in 3 weeks time and that I want to use this same internet contract on my ipad. She explained to me that it is possible and that I must just come to the store when I have my ipad to get an extra sim card for the ipad. She then offered me 2 options for the 1gb contract, either top up or open. I took the topup contract and specifically told her i think it is best for the ipad as you might not realize how much internet you are using. So there is no way that she could have misunderstood me! Today I got my ipad and went to vodacom for my sim card. I was told that i cant use the top up internet contract on the ipad. After explaining to them that I did specifically asked for a contract that I can use on my ipad they did change my contract for me. But I still need to wait until May before the new contract is running and before I can get my sim card and use internet on my ipad. I think it is understandable that I am very upset about the situation
