I sent an email to African Bank (02/07/2013 - [Email Removed] stating that i am interested in settling my account (possibly at the end of the month) and would like to find out on a discount but i haven't heard anything from them as yet. This was after I telephonically spoke to a guy (Richard) in their Legal Department (01/07/2013) and he said i don't qualify for the discount. I want to settle the debt, also seeking a discount as it is too steep. Richard was helpful but i need to know from African Bank that my request to settle is heard.
