Good day African Bank, I must say you guys have been one of the most supportive companies in my bad times fighting debt. And will always recommend African Bank to anyone.
But I got a small problem, I owed about R3100 in my account with you guys, and few weeks back I got an sms that I qualify for a settlement discount, I then went inside one of your branches and I called your collections department from your branch, and they advised that I can pay R2700 to settle my debt and that I got a R400 discount. And that after I pay I will get my settlement letter after the other amount is written off in 3 days.
I paid the R2700 immediately, and called you guys, and they said it will take about 3 days before I get my settlement letter, It has been more than 2 weeks now and I am still waiting, and I see the R400 is still not written off, the discount. I need the settlement letter. Please advise when I can get it as its been more than 2 weeks now.
