African Bank Bad service

I have a problem with African bank, I have 3 accounts with them. Two are loans and one is a credit card. I called them on the morning of the 4TH of January 2013 asking for a discount on all my accounts as I wanted to settle them and close all of them. My reason being I want to buy a house and I won't be able to pay all the accounts monthly anymore. I spoke to Carol and explained my situation and requested a discount. She spoke to her supervisor and I was given a 30% Discount on all the accounts and was told the offer is valid for that day only. I rushed to the bank and paid all the settlement amounts given to me that same day.

Few days later I called them looking for letters showing that all accounts are settled I was told someone is working on the account and they'll notify me via sms when they are done and they'll email the letters. On Friday the 11th January, I called again and I spoke to Mahlodi and she tells me that all my accounts are still in arrears after the payments I had made. I asked her for the recordings for the calls I made on the 4th January as they say all their calls are recorded for security purposes and was told these none
