I have recently obtained a free credit report through a number of the credit check agencies including Transunion and Experian. The reports received are not updated with my credit card payment history which will effect my credit applications.
Although the credit card is reflected on my account it shows ''No data provided' for the past 4 months. I called the credit agencies and they have advised me that it is Nedbank who have not provided me with the relevant information.
I have spent the last 2 hours trying to speak to someone at Nedbank (General enquiries 0860555111) to resolve and ensure they are sharing the info correctly. I have been passed around from dept to dept. I have been cut off, circled back to the main menu and no-one can assist.
Please could someone at Nedbank who deals with this give me a call to advise why this info is not being share each month wit all the credit check agencies and resolve asap.
