I called African Bank to see if i can settle my accounts as due to unforeseen circumstances a had not followed my payment plan. i asked for a settlement discount to pay cash and the response i received was appalling as I was unfortunately told to pay the monthly instalment rather than settle. i run a business too and i would rather let a client settle then keep requesting monthly payment. African bank's interest is exuberant, reason asking how much the settlement discount would be.
