I TOOK OUT A LOAN WITH NEDBANK EARLY LASTYEAR WHERE BY I SKIPPED 1 PAYMENT AND MADE ARRANGMENT TO BE DEBITED THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT IN INSTALMENTS OF R256 OR SO, FUNNY ENOUGH I WAS DEBITED MY MONTHLY PREMIUM OF R764 TWICE PLUS AN ADDITIONAL OF R256.I CALLED THEIR CALL CENTRE ON MONDAY THE 1ST OF JULY2013 WHEN THEY CONFIRMED THAT I WAS OVER DEBITED AND THEY CAN REFUND ME BACK, TOLD THE CONSULTANT THAT I WOULD GET BACK TO THEM IF I WANTED THE REFUND, I CALLED BACK ON WEDNESDAY REQUESTING THE REFUND WHERE BY I SPOKE TO A LADY AND ASKED HER IF THEY COULD REFUND IT BACK TO MY CAPITEC ACCOUNT WHICH THEY AGREED AND SAID IT SHOULD REFLECT BACK IN TO MY ACC BY FRIDAY IF NOT I SHOULD CALL THEM, THEY REFUNDED ME BACK BUT THEY DID IT ON THE NEDBANK ACCOUNT, THE CONSULTANT I SPOKE TO BY THE NAME LEBOGANG WAS NOT HELPFULL AT ALL AND MADE ME HOLD ON THE LINE FOR QUITE SOMETIME, THEY SAID WHAT I REQUESTED IS HIGHLY IMPOSSIBLE, I REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERIOR AND SPOKE TO TSHEPISO WHO ALSO WAS NOT HELPFUL AND DECIDED TO HANG UP ON ME, APPERENTLY ALL THE MANAGERS INCLUDIN DARREL KNOCKED OFF AT 15H00 WHICH MEANS NO 1 COULD ASSIST ME, THE TREATMENT I RECEIVED WAS TOTALLY DISGUSTING AND PATHETIC.TALK ABOUT
