I paid my nedbank loans from my new fnb account on time .nedbank debited my old nedbank account for those amounts as well.so I requested a refund .they then asked for proof of my payments which I sent TWICE on a wednesday.they promised refunds by friday.on friday the refund not done and I had to call back.the lady in collections said she will forward request to manager ro escalate refund and the money will reflect in my account on friday.still no refund on saturday.so I call back and now they say they did not receive proof of payment.i have had endless issues with this bank and this is why I changed banks in the first place and now they continue their poor service.to just add on I did ask to speak to thr manager and the response was that the manager does not work today, so no wonder any service can be given with no consequence.
