Pathetic service, incompetent onsultant and Manage

Nedbank can really make a person life difficult, I had a problem in the last months where i couldnt pay my personal loan, on the 2/01/2013 Nomenzi called me from collections and we made an arrangment for me paying my monthly instalment and on top ill be paying R1163.27 for the next six months so that my account can be up to date, i then asked her to change my banking details to Absa which she did. To my suprise todat the 25.02.2013 they went and debited my fnb account and i got an sms from Absa to say please fund your account as Nedbank will be debiting my normal monthly and R1163.27 which is a arrangment, called collections and spoke to this Pathetic consultant Wonder who wanted to confirm with so called Team Leader Carl Govender, wonder came back saying unforyunately they will debit from FNb R3489.82 and absa R3489.82 plus R1163.27 and they cant refund me because the account is in arrears. Why did i make arrangement, it simply mean if i was going to afford i would have told them no its fine take double. Wonder went on and threatning about Garnishe, i know my right as a client and yes i couldnt pay my installment which i then made arrangment. Ombudsman is my next ..
