Dubble payments taken after arrangements made

I couldnt make payment on my loans for 2 months. In December, i phoned the call centre and made an arrangement, which was exepted.

This month, they debited my account twice. When i phoned them on Saturday, i spoke to Lunga.

He told me that the refund will be in my account by latest Tuesday, as i wanted it in my account by Monday. My problem is just that now i wont have enough money in my account for the rest of my debit orders.

When i phoned today, i spoke to a lady who again said 4 - 7 working days. She was not willing to assist me any further. When i asked to speak to a manager, she said there is no managers available. When i asked her who is going to pay all the unpaids on my account, she couldn't care less.

I asked her to speak to the department that actually do the refund to find out how far along they are, she put me on hold and then dropped the call. Why is it neccasary for me to make an arrangement if they are going to do as they please in the first place???

I really need help. Cannot afford all the unpaids on my account. It is almost R3000 and i will claim it back from Nedbank.
