I have a loan account with Nedbank and last year i lost my job, which i sent them my retrenchment letter, on the 25.01.2014 i went to Nedbank and i was told to phone collection department to make arrangments, i did make arrangments for the 25.02.2014 for the debit to go through my account and i provided them with my banking details! On the 05.02.2014 my account was debited by nedbank which was not the arrangment we made, as i get paid on the 25th of the month, the money i had was for my baby's school fees? I called Nedbank's collections department and spoke to Thsepiso Mashego, she transfered me to the refund department she said trice! and they just kept on transfering me back to her, till i spoke to Lebogang Kompi and he told me that i CANNOT BE REFUNDED AS I WAS IN ARREARS, EVEN THOUGH I MADE ARRANGMENT BUT THEY WILL NOT REFUND ME?? I CALLED AND MADE ARRANGMENTS AND NOW I HAVE TO SUFFER AGAIN!!! AND I WILL BE DEBITED AGAIN MONTH END MEANING TWICE?? HE GAVE ME REFERENCE : 197765.Regards Victoria
