I am just complaining about the fact that you have to go the branch every time you want to make any changes in your account. what is the point of having internet banking and or customer services if you cant make any changed on them.

i am leaving Capitec and wanted to change my debit order (for their loan) and i was told that i can only do it at the branch.

we are very busy and we dont have to join queues in the banks any more. you want to reset a password for internet banking... you must go to the branch... no no no no!!!
