My internet banking is suspended because Capitec's tokens are out of sync, now I have to go into a branch to reset. I can't pay supplyers or any bills until I find the time to go to a branch to reset and cancel this stupid account.
Capitec probably has 5 ATMs in whe whole of South Africa, and if its not offline, there's no cash loaded - very poor availability!!
My debit order for a Capitec loan is on the 27th, but if any commission, bonus or whatever is paid into my account, they deduct, the instalment, even if its not the 27th yet!! So that's bridging the contract I've signed when doing the loan!!! Maybe they need to upgrade their systems - It never happened with my Absa account!!
Capitec still has a load to learn. I'd rather pay R300 in bank costs to Absa and get what I pay for than pay the R60 with Capitec now and get the poorest service ever!!!
