CLIENTELE LIFE DEBITS INCORRECTLY

My colleague deposited money into the machine and FNB - within 10 mins (late at night around 8.00pm) he received 2 sms's for 2 separate debits number 405952885 and the other 405952939 - he telephoned me and we went straight to FNB the following day - they were unable to stop the debit of which my colleague had to pay R35 per debit, the funds were immediately put back into his account. Now please don't tell me someone entered the incorrect figures, which little fingers select the figures in the first place and this is a case of as far as I am concerned. It will be interesting to know who the insurance policies belong to as my colleague has no dealings with Clientele Life whatsoever. Besides have their adverts shoved downed our throats whilst we are still alive is another issue altogether. What is becoming of the banking fraternity and the conspirators who work for them???
