The Ceiling contractor who has been appointed has not called me to come and view the property in two and half weeks.

I made 7 calls to Phumla and Onica at the claims department who after telling me that they will call back never did so. They have been telling me for two and half weeks the contractor will call me he never has

I have spoken to Phumla dn Onica Every day thei week and none of them called me back and I have had no call form the supposed contractor.
Now after ywo and half weeks on Firday they say they will appoint another contractor.
