Capitec is not putting their clients first.last month wesbank debited my account twice for the same car and i went to the branch to reverse i was told i should get a letter from wesbank before they could reverse the funds. I struggled to get the letter from wesbank but eventually they sent it. I had other suppliers to pay. i dont understand why i should get a letter to reverse my funds what about the tsotsi that people's money must we get a letter from them too? I was very dissapointed becuase i incurred cost because of this. Capitec is the only bank that does this they dont proctect their customers from this unauthorised debit orders. Secondly i have registered for internet banking because i dont want to go to the branch, when i tried to log in i got a msg that says my coupon is de-registered because i have punched in incorrect password. I have to go to the branch to re-activate like really now??? cant they do this over the phone. We pay for internet to avoid the long lines and the number system they use currently. can someone please come up with user friendly system to help the customers. Just try and see how other banks do things. i am thinking of moving my salary now.
