Hi I am just a bit irritated in that for every thing you want to apply for at capitec you have to go to the branch it many times because then that means you have to go to where ever there is a branch stand in a Que then apply for what ever service you needing like a loan, multi loan etc.
I would like to ask if possible if these option were made available on our internet banking to avoid having to go to to the branch for everything and also the internet banking has very little options please add more.
