Limited Banking Options - So behind other Banks

When you go into a Capitec branch, the system they have in place to manage queues and customer response time is quite an efficient solution. One would think that Capitec is really innovative. However, this is not true. I am a client of Capitec, but I will never switch all my transactional banking from my primary bank (FNB) to Capitec. I want convenience and efficiency, I dont have time to go into a Capitec branch. We are in a fast, changing world. I should not have to go into a Capitec branch to get my account number or to reset my Internet banking password. Capitec's transactional banking tools are so behind other Banks. With most online profiles, one should be able to reset their password online. Capitec's reason for their "very limited functionality" banking site, is that due to security reasons I need to go into a branch just to reset my password. Either they have poor security verification or they just dont know anything about what their customers want. If you want to gain more market share and expand into other market spaces, I would suggest you revisit your current banking offering and look at more innovative solutions. Capitec, banking with you is becoming a huge PAIN!!!
