Cheated by FNB - Slow Lounge "benefit "!

Essentially I had two Slow lounge deductions for the 08 February 2013 which is R500 from my credit card, deducted for a paper and a coffee (Given the choice, I would have gladly grabbed a Wimpy coffee and a paper for under R20). On the 11 February 2013 on my return flight I had R250 deducted from my cheque card that I swiped on this occasion (this was to use the Slow Lounge toilet just because the hygiene is better at this facility than that ACSA airport toilets. This was the most expensive trip I have ever made to the bathroom).
This has certainly left me feeling regretful for "switching".
I do feel that I was unaware of these amendments to the Slow Lounge facility and feel that even so that the onus with FNB who should automatically tell me when swiping my card at the Slow Lounge that I do not meet the criteria. How will a customer ever know if they have used R5000 on my credit or cheque card, I certainly don't? I do believe this is unreasonable and really would like for you to send my case to the relevant division and request that will address my complaint with FNB. I request that these funds be reversed to the necessary accounts in this instance.
