I have a business account with FNB for years, I applied for a petrol card, first card they didn't receive, I had to apply again, second card they notified the wrong person that the card arrived, then when I got to the branch there is no branch manger, you cant just collect your card, you must sit in a queue that will take a hour to receive a card that is already there. I think the service is ridiculous. I don't have the time to sit and wait and waste my time for something that is suppose to be a benefit.
