Deception and crookery at the FNB SLOW Lounge

On Tuesday 10 September 2013 at about 6pm at OR Tambo airport, my wife and I were waiting for our international flight, and decided to inquire about the FNB slow lounge since I have a premier cheque card account, and FNB mentions this as a benefit. I was told by the FNB representative at the FNB slow lounge counter (a seemingly very nice lady) that my card means that my wife and I can use the lounge (even though my wife is not an FNB client - and after this incident, NEVER will be) and my card will ONLY be charged R 125, 00 for myself and R 125.00 for my wife. So, I agreed and the FNB representative swiped my FNB premier card, and my wife and I continued into the FNB slow lounge; and although I thought it was strange that I was NOT given a receipt, I was excited about my trip and did not pursue the matter. On Tuesday 17 Spetember 2013 my wife and I returned from overseas, and to my HORROR I noticed that FNB have deducted R 1, 000.00 (R 500.00 each for my wife and I) from my bank account!!! This is shocking and unjustifiable!! - All the lounge provided me with was a seat on a couch, some fruit juices (I don't drink alcohol) and a few small (and relatively inexpensive) portions of food
