Excessive SLOW lounge charges

13 Feb I went to the SLOW lounge at Cape Town International airport, Myself, my husband and my 3 year old daughter.
On the day of use - the lady at the front desk, took my card, I punched in my pin... at no point did I see any funds to be deducted.
I also never received any sms notification that funds were removed from my account.

On the 25th of February I analysed my transaction history and noticed that on the 13th of February 3 amounts of R250 totalling R750 was deducted from my account.
On query to the call centre (25 Feb) I spoke to Mildred Campbell and she advised me that I never met the qualifying criteria of cheque account transactions i.e. I never swiped a total amount exceeding R5000.

On a monthly basis funds deposited into my cheque account are in excess of R20 000.
My average monthly cheque card transactions are - R7000

In Dec I missed the Cheque swipe criteria by R300 and was therefore charged R750 to use the SLOW lounge for 20 minutes. My daughter ate a crunchie worth R250.

To date - numerous calls to the call centre and still no solution.
4months later - Guess what... I have just been BEEPED by FNB... wheres Steve now???
