WHEN AM I GOING TO GET MY REFUND BACK!!!

Good day all
I really don't know what to do anymore I have been fighting with OAKHURST insurance for my money back as they were not suppose to debit my account until I had received my car I started the policy on the 14 June 2013 on the 20 June 2013 they debited my bank with R662 and then told me if I send in a bank statement with the proof that it was debited then they will start the refund process immediately I am still waiting but to put the cherry on the cake they then debited my bank account on the 25 June as well with R1183.47 and again told me the same story of if I send [proof they will do refund immediately I did send them everything I cancelled the Policy as well and they told me I needed to send them proof that I hadn't received my car as yet. it is the 3 July 2013 I have phoned them this morning at 09:21 and again at 15:10 I was just told that danelle will call me Back as soon as she gets of the other line I have till 15:45 not received a call from her as yet if MY money was suppose to be in my account today 3 July 2013 and to my surprise there is still nothing
Please help me get my money back
