Please would you clearly state WHAT "Outstanding Debit card Authorisation" is and WHY First National Bank seems to be claiming money for themselves.
I have also phoned into the Call Centre where I have dealt with agents who also cannot tell me what "Outstanding Debit card Authorisation" is. I suggest the FNB also trains their agents with regards to FAQ across fields i.e on-line banking, etc as it seems that when individuals, who deal specifically with on line banking, are not available then there is a dead end. I have wasted airtime waiting and being transferred over and over again as your call centres also refuse to give your loyal customers a call back.
Please help me.
