I have send an email to Roberta at Oakhurst Insurance regarding refund that i was suppose to get because my policy was suppose to be effective from 1November 2013 but they debited me for October month.. I have emailed her last week and she gave me a call but when i made a follow up via email she doesnt respond to my email, i just need to know a time frame and when can i expect my refund?
