Still waiting for a refund

Good day,

I really don't know what to do anymore as I have been waiting for my refund since October 2013 from OAKHURST insurance, as they were not suppose to debit my account in the first place.

When Oakhurst debited my account with an amount of R687.67 on 02 October 2013, i had an existing insurance with Auto & General which also debited my account on 01 October 2013. And no one can insure one vehicle with two insurance companies at the same time. I then called Roberta and explained everything to her and she apologized saying they made a mistake and will look into the matter. Then a lady by the name of Zelda gave me a call saying that I should send in a bank statement with the proof that it was debited then they will start the refund process immediately. I have sent a bank statement through and to date i'm still waiting for a refund.

Please help me get my money back which was debited without my permission.
