Please be advised thata on the 19 July 2013 my personal loan with RCS was settled and on the 22 July 2013 the debit of R573.91 went through I called them on the 24th July 2013 for my refunf and I was told I should send my cash statement as proof that it was in fact debited from my account which I did.and I was told that my money would be refunded on my account on the 26 July 2013 since then I still have not received my money I phone them every day they keep on saying that it's being paid and the money is not on my account so I'm just thinking if it was me you did not pay them I would have been charged with interest.
