DEBIT ORDERS FROM THEIR TRACKER

I was having a car insurance policy with Oakhurst insurance. they installed a tracker in my car and i was told is part of the package. they used to debit more money every month cause i took the one for KM used per month. The tracker was not reliable, i remember they debited the amount for 1200 km whereas i used less than 300 km that month. i raised a complained and i was told to change to a better policy where i wont have to worry about the km travelled, i was paying R648 per month. i wanted to nominate my spouse as a driver and they said he cannot be covered by the policy because his driver's licence is less that 2 years, then i cancelled the policy. after cancelling the policy they debited the money the following month, i phoned them to refund my money, they refunded R456 and asked why they refunded less than they debited they said they cannot refund the money for tracker of which they said is part of the package. Netstar tracker debited R400 last month from my account and my car was involved in an accident in April and i did not even send a notification message. why am i paying something that is not useful and Netstar keep on telling me to go to fitment to check the tracke
