I had cancelled my policy with them and even confirmed the callelation when somebody called me on the 26th june; and then on the 8th July i was debited twice once for my premium R777.78 and again for July extra; which i have no idea what that is R59.50 and i had to pay the bank the charges of R138 because i had insufficient funds. and then again i was debited on the 25th July R777.78 which i immediately queried and was told i would get a refund. and then on the 29thJuly i was debited for July Reinstatement R340.00.
i just queried everything and i was told its with the refunds department.

how can they keep on debiting my account after i cancelled my policy a month ago.
i am still waiting for refund and they keep on debiting.
