The 3rd party submissions to SARS were due 31/05/2013 - banks were required to send 2013 IT3 interest certificates to SARS.By 2 July 2013, still unable to obtain an IT3 from Nedbank for my investment accounts. Cannot get it online (only for current account, on which I don't earn interest), phoned telephone support, to be told they were posted - over 2 weeks ago, and still nothing received. Went into my local branch, Durbanville, and waited at information for 35 minutes whilst Mrs Haupt attempted to obtain one for me, and even Nedbank staff can't generate an IT3 for investments!!! If they reported to SARS by 31st May and it's now July, why on EARTH can they not provide their own customers with the same certificate??? And it's now tax season for 2013. All other banks have issued their clients with IT3's... I lodged an email complaint and am still awaiting a response to that. Poor poor service, and I have been a loyal customer for decades.
