Nedbank keeping up with technology?

I need my Tax certificate to submit for my 2012/13 tax year and the only thing outstanding is my Nedbank Current account ITR. Now Nedbank mention that they post my certificate but we all know SAPO state of affairs and their reliability. I then requested twice (ref #63630188 & #63651749) to have it faxed to me but now I have to wait for 7-days turnaround for an actual fax? I subscribed and get all my statements (home loan and current account) via pdf and Email. Why can't Nedbank do the same for the tax certificates? All other investments I have and medical aid etc supply me with the required documents via pdf and Email?
