Need Tax information, They won't provide it

I have been a customer of ABSA's for many years. In recent years, I have been switching to email mechanism of receiving all my account [Credit card, Cheque, Money Market] statements through email. I tried to find someone who can get my tax certificate sent to email address. They tell me they can't do it. They tell me to send an email request. I did so today [17/07/2013], got a message return that says their email volume is too high, so they cant respond. I tried calling various helplines. Everyone passes the buck to "investment and tax department'. Callcentre person, Nelly, tells me same thing about cant help, that I must send an email. I told her clearly, I need the certificate today. I asked to speak with her superior, Debbie - who was not at her desk and couldnt help me. Call Ref #8594223. I've been penalised by SARS several times for not including info on interest bearing accounts. I am only recently learning how to e-file after having paid massive fines. Is it so difficult to reproduce a tax certifcate for the fin period ended FEB 2013??? They already send me email statements.. Must I calculate how much interest I earned by looking at each statement???
