EFT limit is at 0

I lost my cheque card so applied for a new one - I got a temp new one while awaiting for the new one to arrive. Yes, thanks, all my beneficiaries have been preloaded for me. The problem now is that i have R0-00 limit, this means that I cannot pay any EFT's for this month. This is very frustrating, as I do not have an hour to take off just to get this done. WHy did none of the consultants advise me that my monthly limit of a few thousand will change to R0-00?
