More than a week waiting for Tax Cerificate

I was requested by SARS to provide a tax certificate which I then requested from Alexander Forbes via email and then via phone. Although their auto response email says they will respond within 48 hrs, more than a week later all I have is the auto response and "your request has gone to admin". I have now called in and have been told they can't generate my certificate. I have been holding for more than 30 minutes as this guy goes to look for his supervisor who clearly isn't in the building! CAN SOMEONE TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY & GIVE ME MY TAX CERTIFICATE TODAY PLEASE!!! You are compromising my standing with SARS!! Is this really the service I am to expect from an organisation of this size??
