I have been having numerous problems with fnb. I have called in to enquire on my request for my smart device all i need is a proof of purchase. They lady i spoke to Phuti Molele tells me there is not number for the request department. What type of buisness are you guys.i am going to move to Absa to much probloems with this bank. I just need a proof of purchase for the istore as have an appointment tomorrow afternoon 03 July 2013 with them. The Attitude of the call centre staff!!!
