I recently purchased a samsung s4 from fnb. I have been experiencing problems with the device so I requested a proof of purchase from fnb from the smart device call centre in order to take it to samsung for repairs. I contacted fnb on 22/08 and provided my e mail address and was told that it would take 48 hours for them to e mail it to me. On the 26/08 I had still not received it, the call centre informed me that they have no record of my e mail address which I provided again. On the 27/08 I called again and I was again informed that they do not have record of my e mail address and I am still awaiting the proof of purchase!
